Stress has become a new buzzword. What could be an effective remedy for this ?
Multi tasking and jet speed of modern existence leave no time for linking with one's REAL INNER SELF. Some life enriching skills can be adopted to counter the negativity attached with mindless
materialistic pursuits.Of course, exercise, yoga, meditation are available. But gravitating occasionally from the virtual world to the real world opens up a new field of inner strength in human beings. It equips them with real time encounters with very soothing, empowering and enlightening experiences. Travelling to new destinations and being adventurous offer such an opportunity which enables us to come in direct contact with NATURE and its ennobling and mystical beauty. In short, enjoying chirping of birds, watching flowing water in streams and rivers, conversing with humanity and such other idle pursuits for bliss can reverse the feel from anxiety to balance, to PEACE.
